If you qualify financially, we can provide you with legal services in a rage of areas including public interest (through The Public Interest Law Centre), family law, immigration and refugee services, residential tenancies, child protection, mental health, government benefits and criminal law. Our staff and private bar lawyers regularily travel to over 40 communities surrounding major cities in Manitoba.

We facilitate contact between children and family members in a safe, neutral and child-focused environment. Our services include supervised visits, supervised exchanges and providing observation notes, all for a subsidized fee.
If you or someone in your family has experienced domestic violence, we provide supervised access services to individuals/families with a history of domestic violence and/or those who are in environments with a high level of conflict. Our services are subsidized and we provide observation notes following each visit.
If you/your family have been affected by violent crime, we offer a safer space for you to seek refuge and get emotional support, information and access to services and programs. This is a day refuge for individuals navigating the court system and criminal justice process.
