As the highest trial court in Manitoba, we hear cases of all kinds. The general division deals with civil and criminal cases, and the family division deals with family and child protection including adoption and guardianship applications. We sit across the province.

We provide a community based alternative to the traditional court system and offer culturally appropriate supports, advocacy, and resources. We have offices in Dauphin, The Pas and Winnipeg to serve the Interlake, Northwest and The Pas regions of Manitoba.
