If you're dealing with a landlord conflict, we can help mediate and provide direct advocacy to make sure that both the tenant and landlord's rights and responsibilities under the Residential Tenancies Act are understood. The TLC can also support tenants by advising on multiple issues to prevent evictions and displacements, including CFS, EIAP, Manitoba Hydro, and mental and physical health.
We support victims of child abuse, ensuring they receive sensitive and immediate support in a setting that puts their needs first. Our services are designed to facilitate multi-system collaboration and we offer a supportive environment when young victims are interviewed as part of a formal investigation.
