Holistic Ongoing Opportunities Development-Facilitation and Management Services (“HoodFams”) aims to support newcomer youth who are at-risk of being involved with or are currently involved with the justice systema and gangs. With education and mentorship, HoodFams develops an individualized transition plan for participants and helps them identify support systems.
