Holistic Ongoing Opportunities Development-Facilitation and Management Services Inc (HoodFams) is a community development focused charitable organization aiming to prevent newcomer at-risk youth from gang and justice system involvement. We provide direct support to gang or justice involved youth through education and mentorship, helping them to identify support systems and develop an individualized transition plan.
