For those appealing a written decision made by the Manitoba Public Insurance Corporation’s Internal Review Office regarding a bodily injury claim, the Claimant Advisor Office (“CAO”) can assist with filing a notice of appeal with the Automobile Injury Compensation Appeal Commission.
