For families who have experienced some level of conflict within its relationships or the children are in the care of Child and Family Services, the Brandon Access Exchange Service provides supervised access services to create a safe, neutral, and child-focused environment. The services include supervised visits, intermittent visits, and supervised exchanges. There is a fee for the services.
Healthy Muslim Families provides assistance on a wide range of topics, such as criminal charges, family law matters, and immigration. Healthy Muslim Families offer free one-on-one 30-minute consultations with a lawyer. Additionally, the organization helps fill out documents like protection orders, child support claims, and Basis of Claim for refugee status. Free interpretation services can be provided with advance notice.
