If you're Muslim and looking for immigration support or document assistance, we are a not-for-profit organization offering support and resources to Winnipeg's expanding Muslim community. We offer 30 minute one-on-one legal clinics on a variety of topics, as well as links to legal resources across the province.

We provide direct support to gang or justice involved youth through education and mentorship, helping them to identify support systems and develop an individualized transition plan.

If you're dealing with a landlord conflict, we can help mediate and provide direct advocacy to make sure that both the tenant and landlord's rights and responsibilities under the Residential Tenancies Act are understood. The TLC can also support tenants by advising on multiple issues to prevent evictions and displacements, including CFS, EIAP, Manitoba Hydro, and mental and physical health.
