We offer legal and social services for economically and socially-disadvantaged community members, in partnership with students and volunteers. If you're struggling to find assistance with your income, you can visit our drop-in clinic for legal information, support and referrals to services that match your income.
If you're looking for an alternative solution to dispute resolution in the areas of non-profit business disputes, family disputes and community disputes, without the use of the court system—we can help. We offer multiple (and sometimes free) dispute resolution programs and webinars.
If you were injured at work and submitted a claim to the Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba, we can support you in understanding the process, advising your next steps, and helping you prepare for your hearing. We can also communicate with and appear before the WCB on your behalf.
We offer a full range of legal services to the Manitoban Francophone community, especially those with lower incomes, newcomers and racialized communities. Our services are in French and free of charge.
If you’re looking for support on legal matters involving Employment Insurance or Employment and Income Assistance, we offer free information, advice and representation.
